A playful shorts and vest set to knit for summer with the choice of sunshine or heart motifs knitted using the intarsia technique. The bottom of the vest can also be knitted in stripes or with a simple band in contrasting colour
Easy level
Six sizes:
0-3 months: 42cm (16.5in)
3-6 months: 45cm (17.75in)
6-9 months: 47cm (18.5in
9-12 months: 49cm (19.25in)
12-18 months: 51cm (20in)
18-24 months: 52cm (21in)
You will also need:
4mm (UK8, US6) and 3.25mm (UK10, US3) straight knitting needles
Stitch holders
1 x 12mm button for vest
4 x 18mm buttons and 20mm wide elastic for waistband of shorts
