NEW Knitting Pattern: Top of the Bill Tabard
Sirdar's new Festival Collection is inspired by the 1970s. Simple but striking, a great summer layer for intermediate knitters. The front and back panels are created i rib stitch and the tabard is fastened at the sides with icord ties.

DK is a light worsted yarn
